Spencer Iameo

Spencer is a Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from
Capilano University. Specializing in biomechanics, corrective exercise, and strength
training, his understanding of human movement helps clients build strength and
confidence while moving better—without unnecessary pain or setbacks.
Building on his experience in bodybuilding preparation and athletic performance,
Spencer’s approach blends functional movement with strength training to promote
resilience and pain-free movement at all stages of life.

Through his own experiences with various injuries, he has come to value the importance of recovery and preventative care, allowing clients to continue doing the activities they love outside of the gym. In addition to training, Spencer provides practical nutrition guidance to support your lifestyle and help you reach your goals. Whether your aim is to shed a few pounds or pack on size, he is committed to building a program that works for you.

Outside of the gym, Spencer stays active playing hockey, golfing, and snowboarding,and unwinds by cooking and getting a little competitive over board games with the family.
