Sheila Hamilton

Sheila Hamilton is a National Strength and Conditioning Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) with over 20 years experience and is a former registered nurse. Her passion for learning continues as she recently earned her FRSC Internal Strength Certification which is a system of assessment and program design through Functional Range Conditioning.

Her current motto "Growing Strong Never Gets Old" are words she personally lives by. Achieving strength standards that will serve you and your health through the decades ahead are the foundation to her program design.

Changing the way we age through movement, resistance training, and nutrition has a positive effect on our sleep and stress management. Having a program is the roadmap to your success.

Currently Sheila is also certified from Strongfirst™ as a Level 2 Kettlebell Girya, SFL (Barbell Lifting), and in Precision Nutrition Coaching. Yes it's true.. she really does love kettlebells!

You can work with Sheila at The North Athletic Club on Monday, Thursday and Friday afternoons.
