With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Mitchell is a highly skilled and dedicated personal trainer specializing in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and the development of athletic performance. His approach is grounded in a deep understanding of biomechanics, functional movement, and evidence-based training methodologies. He holds an impressive array of advanced certifications, including Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Yoga Fundamentals, Exercise Therapy Certification, and Sports Nutritionist, which enable him to deliver holistic and highly personalized training programs.

Before establishing his career as a personal trainer, Mitchell was a standout collegiate football player at Wilfrid Laurier University, where he served as team captain, earned the honour of being named team MVP in 2012, and holds the record for the most career tackles.
