She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, holding advanced certifications in Pain-Free Performance SystemsACE Strength Training for Seniors, and Menopause 2.0 (with Dr. Stacy Sims). Julie believes muscle is your lifelong superpower—the key to vitality, independence, and confidence at every age and stage.
