I believe muscle is your lifelong superpower. It’s the foundation for energy, independence, and confidence at every age and stage. Sessions focus on mobility and progressive strength training, so you don’t just work hard, you feel better, stronger, and more capable in your body.

My coaching style is supportive, encouraging, and clear. You’ll be coached, not rushed. We train hard, with purpose, and with the long view in mind—so you leave feeling stronger, more confident, and energized.  The goal is strength that supports the life you actually live.

I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with advanced certifications in Pain-Free Performance Systems, Strength Training for Seniors, and Menopause 2.0 (with Dr. Stacy Sims).
