Simone Slipper

Simone is a Health Sciences graduate from Simon Fraser University, where she minored in Kinesiology. She takes a compassionate and evidence-based approach to personal training, supporting individuals at every stage of their health and fitness journey. With her CSEP Personal Trainer certification and academic background, Simone empowers clients to move with confidence, build strength, and improve their overall well-being.

Growing up deeply involved in sports, Simone developed a lifelong passion for movement, teamwork, and performance. She brings over seven years of high-performance athletic experience in track and field, bobsleigh, and rowing—disciplines that have shaped her understanding of discipline, resilience, and the importance of structured, progressive training. Whether clients are working toward athletic performance or overall fitness, Simone’s coaching emphasizes longevity, balance, and sustainable progress.

Outside the gym, Simone enjoys hiking on the North Shore, practicing yoga, and spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking. These activities allow her to stay grounded, creative, and connected to the same principles of health and movement she shares with her clients.
