With a background in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and striking-based martial arts, I’ve spent the last four years helping athletes and active individuals improve the way they move, perform, and recover. I'm a certified Personal Trainer through ACE, a Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialist, and a Certified Conditioning Coach under Joel Jamieson.
I’ve worked with both current and former athletes, as well as everyday clients looking to reclaim lost range of motion, rebuild strength after injury, and develop real-world conditioning that carries over into life and sport. Whether it’s getting someone back on the mat, building resilience through intelligent strength work, or developing energy systems for better cardio, my goal is always the same: to help people move better and feel stronger in their bodies.
I combine practical experience with evidence-based methods to create programs that are sustainable, challenging, and effective—built around what the individual actually needs.
