Personal Training Since 2006, Keith Sharman has been helping clients achieve their fitness goals with a combination of expertise and passion. With a Kinesiology degree from UBC, he merges scientific insight with practical experience.
An avid skier, biker, and runner, Keith has competed in ultra-distance trail races and Ironman triathlons, giving him deep insight into the demands of endurance sports and the importance of strength training for injury prevention. As a father of three, he applies the same dedication to his family and clients, promoting a balanced approach to fitness and well-being.
