His background spans swimming, basketball, hockey, karate, and skiing—paired with years of coaching individuals and teams at various levels. He holds internationally recognized certifications from Dubai, the United States, and Canada, and specializes in functional training, plyometrics, isometric strength, nutrition, and injury analysis. Mohammadreza’s approach goes beyond traditional fitness. By combining performance training with mindfulness and meditation, he helps clients develop both physical strength and mental resilience.
